I’m Samantha Chater, a counsellor, psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist based in Sale (M33) and Altrincham (WA15) and also work online and telephone.
I work with adults navigating life transitions including bereavement, identity shifts, health challenges, relationship endings, and other losses that don’t always get named.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. Some people come for counselling, others are curious about including hypnotherapy as part of the process. There’s no set way of working we’ll talk about what feels right for you.
