Reaching out for counselling or hypnotherapy  can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been holding everything together for a long time. You don’t have to have the right words or know exactly what you need—just starting the conversation is enough.

If I’m in sessions when you call, please leave a voicemail, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

If you’re unsure whether counselling is right for you, I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation. This is a relaxed, no-pressure chat where you can ask questions, talk about what’s been going on, and see if we’re a good fit.

My therapy rooms are based in  Altrincham, Sale, and Manchester.  I also offer online or telephone counselling for anyone who would prefer the comfort and convenience of meeting from home.
